Step 1

Preheat oven to 375° F.

Step 2

Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in small bowl.

Step 3

Beat vegan butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy.

Step 4

Add pumpkin, beating until mixed.

Step 5

Gradually beat in flour mixture.

Step 6

Stir in morsels.

Step 7

Drop by well-rounded teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

Step 8

Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until centers are set.

Step 9

Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes. remove to wire racks to cool completely.
