Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spoon 2 level tablespoon portions of well-chilled cookie dough about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet(s).
Step 2
Frozen dough can be baked directly in a preheated oven by adding 1–2 extra minutes to the baking time.

Step 1
Bake one baking sheet at a time on the center rack of the oven. Bake for 12–13 minutes, or until golden brown. At high altitude, bake at 350°F for 12–13 minutes.
Step 2
Keep dough refrigerated until ready to bake and always preheat the oven before baking. Start with the lowest recommended baking time and add more time if needed.
Step 3
After baking, cool cookies on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
Tips
Dough may be frozen for up to 2 months if frozen before the “use by” date.
