  • 1 2/3 cups (9-ounce package) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Unicorn Vanilla Morsels
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 6 sugar cones
  • 1 pint vanilla bean ice cream
  • Whipped cream
  • Fresh fruit
  • Additional Unicorn Morsels, sprinkles and edible glitter for horn decoration

Make It

Step 1

Line a baking sheet with wax paper.

Step 2

Melt morsels and vegetable oil in the top portion of a double boiler over medium heat. Stir to combine and make sure morsels are completely melted. Transfer mixture to a heat proof bowl or pitcher. Using one cone at a time, hold it at the opening and gently swirl the outside of the cone in the morsel mixture to coat. Invert and rest the cone on the wax paper. Repeat with remaining cones. Decorate with additional Unicorn morsels, sprinkles or edible glitter. Be sure to decorate horns before coating has dried. Let coating set.

Step 3

Scoop ice cream into serving bowls, top each scoop with a unicorn horn. Adorn sundaes with whipped cream, fresh fruit, and additional Unicorn morsels.

Step 4

*Melting can occur in microwave if double boiler is not available. Place morsels uncovered, in a microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; STIR. If pieces retain some of their original shape, microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring just until melted. Stir in canola oil.
