- ●1 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ●1/3 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa
- ●1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- ●1/8 teaspoon salt
- ●1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- ●1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- ●1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- ●1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ●1 large egg
- ●1 package (8 ounces) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Hot Fudge Sundae Morsels & More®, divided
- ●1 pint vanilla, strawberry or chocolate ice cream
Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Step 2
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add egg; beat well. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in 1 ½ cups Morsels & More® mixture. Drop by ¼ cup balls onto ungreased baking sheets, creating 10 balls.
Step 3
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until centers are set. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Flip cookies upside down.
Step 4
Place a generous scoop of ice cream on flat side of 1 cookie; top with flat side of second cookie to make a sandwich. Repeat with remaining cookies and ice cream. Roll sides of sandwiches in remaining Morsels & More®. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap; freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
