- 12 pieces NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Bar Dough
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 2/3 cups (8-ounce package) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Strawberries & Cream Flavored Morsels & More®, divided
Preheat oven to 325° F. Line an 8-inch-square baking pan with foil and let edges hang over edge of pan. Spray foil with baking spray. Set pan aside.
Press sugar cookie dough into the base of the pan to cover the entire bottom. Bake for 10 minutes until the edges are just golden. Let cool on rack.
Using a mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and combine. Mix in sour cream, egg, and vanilla extract. Then add flour and combine.
Stir in 1 cup of the Morsels & More mix. Pour batter over baked cookie layer in pan; spread evenly. Bake 15 minutes and remove from oven.
Sprinkle remaining 2/3 cup Morsels & More mixture on top of cheesecake and bake cheesecake an additional 15-17 minutes. Remove from oven and place on cooling rack.
Let pan cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours prior to cutting.
Use edges of foil to remove whole cheesecake from pan. Slice up your creamy dreamy cheesecake bars and share with your family and friends!
