  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 1 1/2 cups packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 2/3 cups (9-ounce package) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Pumpkin Spice Flavored Filled Baking Truffles
Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Step 2
Combine flour, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
Step 3
Beat butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until creamy. Add pumpkin and mix; then add egg and mix. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in pumpkin spice flavored truffles.
Step 4
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Step 5
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove and place on wire racks to completely cool. Makes about 4 dozen.
