Step 1
Preheat oven to 325° F. Line an 8-inch-square baking pan with foil and let edges hang over edge of pan. Spray foil with baking spray.
Step 2
Combine crust ingredients and press into the base of the pan to cover the entire bottom. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool on rack.
Step 3
Using a mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and combine. Mix in pumpkin, then the egg,. Then add cinnamon, cloves and flour. Combine the mixture.
Step 4
Stir in 1 cup of the Morsels & More® mixture. Pour batter over crust in pan; spread evenly. Bake for 15 minutes and remove from oven.
Step 5
Sprinkle remaining Morsels & More® mixture on top of cheesecake and bake cheesecake an additional 15-17 minutes. Remove from oven and place on cooling rack.
Step 6
Let pan cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to cutting.
Step 7
Use edges of foil to remove whole cheesecake from pan. Slice up your creamy dreamy cheesecake bars and share with your family and friends!"
