- ●1 1/3 cups NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- ●1 cup granulated sugar
- ●1/3 cup butter
- ●2 tablespoons water
- ●2 large eggs
- ●3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- ●1/4 teaspoon salt
- ●1 package (8 ounces) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Peppermint Hot Cocoa Morsels & More®
Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325º F. Grease a 24-well mini muffin pan.
Step 2
Heat semi-sweet morsels, sugar, butter and water in small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate and butter are melted. Pour into medium bowl. Stir in eggs, one at a time, with wire whisk until blended. Add flour and salt; stir well. Stir in 1 cup Morsels & More®. Set the rest aside. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan. Top each brownie bite with pieces of remaining Morsels & More®.
Step 3
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky. Cool in pan on wire rack before enjoying.
