Step 1

MELTING DIRECTIONS: DOUBLE BOILER: Place 1-2 Cups morsels in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water.

Step 2

Do not cover.

Step 3

Prevent water from coming in contact with morsels.

Step 4

When morsels begin to turn shiny, stir constantly until melted.

Step 5

Once melted, immediately remove top pan with melted morsels from bottom pan.

Step 1

MELTING DIRECTIONS MICROWAVE 1 Cup morsels in uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH power for 45 seconds.

Step 2

STIR. Microwaves vary.

Step 3

If needed, heat at additional 10-15 second intervals, stirring vigorously after each interval until melted.

Tips

We recommend melting no more than 2 cups of morsels at a time. Once melted, use immediately.
STORE MORSELS in a cool, dry place (60 to 70 °F).
Heat and humidity can cause a whitish appearance on morsels that disappears when melted. This is a natural reaction called bloom, and flavor & quality aren't affected.
