Step 1
Preheat oven according to pizza crust package instructions. Place pizza crust on baking sheet.
Step 2
Begin to bake the crust.
Step 3
While crust is baking, place evaporated milk and spices into a small saucepan. Over medium heat, bring mixture to just simmer. Turn heat off and stir in mozzarella cheese.
Step 4
With 5 minutes left in the baking of the crust, take crust out of oven and pour jalapeno cheese sauce on top of crust. Top with dollops of ricotta and sprinkle with jalapenos and bacon.
Step 5
Place pizza back into oven to cook for the final 5 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from oven and place sheet pan on a cooling rack.
Step 7
Let pizza cool slightly before slicing and serving.
