A RICH HISTORY

In 1899, grocer E.A. Stuart co-founded the Pacific Coast Condensed Milk Company in Kent, WA. At that time farm-fresh milk was hard to come by. So, Stuart’s “new-fangled” evaporated milk was a way to get milk goodness to everyone.

CARNATION® introduces Fat Free Evaporated Milk and Low Fat 2% Evaporated Milk.

Carnation introduced its Sweetened Condensed Milk and was immediately incorporated into America’s baking and confectionery recipes.
