- ●2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
- ●2 cans (12 fluid ounces each) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
- ●1 prepared graham cracker crust
- ●Sliced fresh fruit (like peaches, berries and kiwi)
- ●Mint leaves (optional)
MAKE IT
Step 1
Whisk together pudding mix and evaporated milk in a large bowl. Combine for at least 2 minutes or until thick. Pour mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
Step 2
Remove from the refrigerator and decorate with fresh fruit. Serve immediately, or cover and return to the refrigerator until ready to serve.
