- ●12 squares NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough
- ●1 box (18.3 ounces) fudge brownie mix
- ●2 large eggs
- ●3 tablespoons water
- ●1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
- ●1 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- ●24 cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F. Line two 12-cavity cupcake pans with cupcake liners or spray wells with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Step 2
Cut each square of cookie dough in half, creating 24 pieces. Gently flatten each piece and then set aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix together fudge brownie mix, eggs, water and oil, being sure to follow package instructions. Stir morsels into brownie mixture.
Step 4
Place one sandwich cookie into the bottom of each cupcake well. Cover each cookie with one piece of cookie dough. Evenly spoon brownie batter over cookie dough.
Step 5
Bake brownies for 18-22 minutes or until cooked through. Place cupcake pans on cooling racks to cool to room temperature.
