S’mores Skillet Pie

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly mist 10-inch ovenproof skillet with cooking spray.
Press cookie dough onto the bottom of prepared skillet.
Bake for 20 to 23 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven to wire rack and immediately sprinkle the morsels evenly over the top of cookie; set aside for 3 minutes. Using an offset spatula or the back of spoon, gently spread softened morsels in an even layer.
Place rack in upper third of oven and switch to broil setting. Arrange the marshmallows in single layer on top of the chocolate. Place under broiler and roast for 1 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are nicely toasted. Watch carefully to avoid burning marshmallows. Remove from oven to wire rack. Cool completely before slicing into wedges to serve.
