Make It
Step 1
Bake Brownie Mix according to directions on the box, using water, oil and eggs. Let cool.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3
Break up the brownies into crumbly bits. Mix with your marshmallow creme and stir until combined.
Step 4
Shape into small cylinders that resemble the shape of a marshmallow onto your prepared baking sheet. Insert lollipop sticks and place in freezer to chill for 10 mins.
Step 5
Cut graham crackers to size (small squares a little bigger than the brownie pop) using a bread or serrated knife. There will need to be a top and a bottom to create the pops. To create the top, use a serrated knife to create a hole in the middle of the cracker to slip it onto the lollipop stick later.
Step 6
Melt Premier White Morsels (with the shortening) in microwave at MEDIUM (50%) power for 30-second intervals, stirring intermittently to make sure it's completely melted.
Step 7
Dip brownie-marshmallow pops into the Premier White Morsels creating what looks like a marshmallow. The pops should be almost completely coated except for the very top. Place on top of a graham cracker square to set.
Step 8
Melt the Milk Chocolate Morsels in the microwave at MEDIUM (50%) power for 30-second intervals, stirring until melted. Using a piping bag or spoon, apply the melted chocolate to the top of the brownie pop (covering the stick) and place the “top” cracker (with the hole) through the lollipop stick. Allow pops to completely set before serving.
