- ●2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
- ●2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
- ●1 can (14 ounces) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- ●1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ●3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- ●1/3 teaspoon salt
- ●2/3 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate, Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini or Dark Chocolate Morsels
- ●1 prepared graham cracker or chocolate crumb pie crust
Make It
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine gelatin with 1 tablespoon hot water and let bloom. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, lemon juice and salt. Mix until combined and there are no lumps. Add gelatin mixture and mix thoroughly. Stir in the morsels. Pour into pie crust.
Step 2
Refrigerate cheesecake for at least an hour before serving.
