Frozen White Chip Banana Pops
8 (3-ounce) ice pops
Morsels and Baking Ingredients
NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels 12 oz
NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk 12 oz
- 1 cup (6 ounces) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels
- 3 large bananas, sliced
- 2/3 cup (5 fluid-ounce can) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk
- 2 1/2 teaspoons graham cracker crumbs (optional)
Microwave morsels in small, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH power for 45 seconds; STIR. If needed, microwave at additional 15-second intervals, stirring vigorously after each interval until morsels are melted. Set aside.
Place sliced bananas and evaporated milk in food processor container; cover. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Add the melted morsels and blend until combined.
Pour the mixture into pop molds and freeze 30 minutes. Remove from the freezer and sprinkle the bottom of each pop with 1/4 teaspoon graham cracker crumbs, if desired. Insert sticks. Freeze for an additional 6 to 8 hours or preferably overnight.
To serve, one at a time, dip a frozen ice cream pop mold into a bowl of warm water for 10 to 15 seconds. Gently pull the ice cream pop to release from the mold and serve.
