CUT-OUT COOKIE SHAPES INSTRUCTIONS: Smoother surface is perfect for cookie cutters & decorating! Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking pans with parchment. Set aside. Rest cookie dough tub at room temperature for 15 minutes. Place 1/2 of dough into a mixing bowl and use hands to incorporate 1/2 cup of flour into the dough. Form dough into disk. Roll dough on a flat and floured surface until 1/4" thick. Use cookie cutter to cut dough into preferred shape. Place 1" apart on prepared baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until edges are slightly golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool 1-2 minutes before moving to rack. Cool completely before decorating. ________________________________________________ ROUND DROP COOKIE INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350°F. Spoon 2 level tablespoon portions of cookie dough 2 inches apart on ungreased or parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake 11-13 minutes. After baking, cool cookies on baking sheet for 2 minutes.
