Conventional Oven Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Break dough along pre-scored lines. Place 10 cookies 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet(s). For a rounder cookie, slightly round dough corners before placing on baking sheet.
Bake 12-13 minutes, or until golden brown. Bake one baking sheet at a time on center rack in oven. Begin with the lowest time recommended and add time as needed. (High Altitude: Bake at 350°F for 13-14 minutes)
After baking, cool cookies 2 minutes on baking sheet, then remove to cool completely.
