LIBBY'S® Iced Pumpkin Latte
- ●2 shots of espresso OR 1/4 cup brewed NESCAFÉ® CLÁSICO Pure Instant Coffee
- ●1 cup milk (whole, skim or almond)
- ●2 tablespoons LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
- ●2 to 3 teaspoons maple syrup (to taste)
- ●1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ●1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ●1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- ●1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- ●Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Fill a tall glass halfway with ice. Pour coffee over ice in glass. In a liquid measuring cup, combine milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Whisk mixture together until thoroughly combined and milk is slightly frothy. Pour mix over coffee and ice. Top with whipped cream if desired before enjoying.
