INGREDIENTS

Step 1

Line a 9- or 8-inch-square pan with foil. Set aside.

Step 2

Combine dried fruit, rice cereal and oats in a large bowl. Set aside.

Step 3

Combine peanut butter, honey, evaporated milk, cinnamon and salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on HIGH (100%) power for 15 seconds or until just warm. Stir mixture until well combined. Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal mixture. Stir well to coat. Press mixture into prepared pan, using the bottom of a cup or measuring cup to make sure the mixture is pressed in pan firmly. Chill bars in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut into bars and wrap individually. Store in airtight container, preferably in a chilled space and enjoy this snack on the go!
