INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Libby’s® 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup half-and-half
- 2 tablespoons Coffee-mate® Hazelnut Flavor Liquid Coffee Creamer
- 1 prepared 9-inch (6 ounces) graham cracker crust
MAKE IT
Step 1
Combine sugar, flour, pumpkin pie spice and salt in a small bowl; mix well. Whisk pumpkin, eggs, half-and-half and Coffee-mate Hazelnut Flavor Liquid in a medium bowl. Whisk in sugar mixture until smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust.
Step 2
Bake at 350° F for 25 to 35 minutes or until set.
Step 3
Garnish with whipped cream and chopped hazelnuts, if desired.
