Deviled Spider Eggs
Makes 24 servings, 1 egg half per serving
NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Fat Free Evaporated Milk 12 oz
- 12 large hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
- ¼ to 1/3 cup Nestlé® Carnation® Evaporated Fat Free Milk
- 3 ½ tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 24 whole ripe olives
Remove yolks from eggs. Mash egg yolks, evaporated milk, mayonnaise and mustard in bowl until desired consistency, adding more evaporated milk as needed. Season with salt. Spoon mixture into egg whites.
Cut olives in half lengthwise. Place half of olive on each egg. Slice other half of olives into 6 pieces each. Place next to olive half on egg to create legs. Sprinkle with paprika.
