MAKE IT
Step 1
Place cocoa or morsels on a small plate. Place chocolate syrup on a separate small plate. Dip the rim of each martini glass into the syrup. Then run the rim gently through the cocoa/mini morsels. Place glasses in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Fill a martini shaker halfway with ice. Add the chocolate liqueur, Crème de Cacao, vodka and evaporated milk. Cover the martini shaker and gently shake.
Step 3
Pour the martinis into the prepared glasses. Serve immediately.
