Beat butter in very large mixer bowl on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar and baking powder. Beat until combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat until combined. Stir in mini morsels, flour, wheat germ, pecans, oats and coconut. Drop by rounded measuring tablespoons 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
