S’mores Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies
- ●1 package (16.5 ounces) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough
- ●48 mini marshmallows
- ●3 graham crackers, crushed into pea sized pieces
Heat oven to 350° F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment.
Press all 24 pieces of cookie dough individually to ¼ inch thick.
Place 12 pieces of dough on the baking sheets, spacing evenly. Place 4 mini marshmallows and 3 pieces of graham cracker in the center of each piece of dough on the baking sheets.
Top each set of marshmallows with one of the remaining 12 dough pieces. Gently press each cookie individually to join the top and bottom pieces of dough. Roll each cookie into a ball and place back on baking sheets. Press gently and top with any remaining graham cracker pieces.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges of cookies are just golden. Let baking sheets cool on a wire rack 5-10 minutes before enjoying.
