Mint Candy Stuffed Cookies
- ●1 package (16.5 ounces) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough
- ●12 mint-filled chocolate candies (such as Andes)
Preheat oven to 350° F. Set aside baking sheets.
Break apart the cookie squares into individual pieces. Using your hands, gently flatten each square. Place mint candies in the center of 12 of the flattened cookies. Cover the mints with the remaining 12 cookies, sandwiching the mints between two layers of cookie dough. Gently press the dough together to cover the mint candies. Place cookies on baking sheets.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden. Remove from oven and place sheets on cooling racks. Let cool for 2 minutes; cool cookies completely on cooling racks.
