- ●1 cup milk
- ●2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
- ●1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- ●1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ●1/4 teaspoon salt
- ●1/4 cup granulated sugar
- ●1 1/2 cups NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Dark Chocolate Morsels
Make It
Step 1
Set ramekins on tray and make sure they are clean.
Step 2
Combine milk and gelatin in small bowl and let gelatin soften. In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, vanilla, salt, and sugar, and bring to a simmer over low heat. Whisk in gelatin mixture off heat and then stir in chocolate. Pour mixture through a sieve into a heat-proof pitcher. Pour mixture evenly into ramekins.
Step 3
Chill panna cottas in refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours prior to serving. Top with whipped cream and/or fresh berries if desired.
