- ●1 tablespoon NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa
- ●1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ●½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ●¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ●4 cups pecan halves
Make It
Step 1
Whisk together sugar, egg white, cocoa, salt, cinnamon and cayenne pepper in medium bowl. Add nuts. Stir until completely coated.
Step 2
Pour nuts onto parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread into a single layer.
Step 3
Bake at 325° F for 40 to 45 minutes, turning once during baking time.
