Chocolate Peanut Caramel Monkey Bread
- ●2 containers (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
- ●1/2 cup granulated sugar
- ●1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar, divided
- ●1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- ●1 package (8 ounces) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Chocolate Peanut Caramel Morsels & More®
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 10- or 12-inch tube pan. Set aside.
Remove biscuits from packaging and separate. Cut each piece of uncooked biscuit dough in quarters. Place granulated sugar and ½ cup of brown sugar into a large bowl. Add dough pieces and toss to coat. Place half of the dough pieces into the bottom of the prepared pan. Sprinkle 1 ½ cups Morsels & More mix on top. Cover with remaining dough pieces.
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat melt the butter. Remove from heat and stir in remaining brown sugar. Stir to incorporate the brown sugar, then pour the mixture over the dough pieces in the pan. Sprinkle top with remaining Morsels & More® mix.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack for 20 minutes. Loosen sides and remove bottom of pan. Place on a platter to serve.
