Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

Step 2

Combine bread mix, vegetable oil, eggs and 1 cup morsels in large bowl until just combined. Spread dough evenly on bottom of prepared pan.

Step 3

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned on the edges and set in the middle. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

Step 4

Place sliced bananas in single layer over cookie base. Cover bananas with whipped topping. Sprinkle with remaining 2/3 cup morsels. Drizzle dulce de leche over the top. Cut into bars. Store refrigerated.
