- ●10 cups air-popped popcorn
- ●½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- ●¾ cup packed brown sugar
- ●¼ cup light corn syrup
- ●½ teaspoon baking soda
- ●1 teaspoon sea salt
- ●¼ cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
Make It
Step 1
Place popcorn in a large bowl. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar and corn syrup; bring to a boil. Boil, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from heat; stir in baking soda (mixture will foam). Pour over popcorn; stir to coat. Pour popcorn mixture on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet; spread out evenly. Sprinkle with salt.
Step 3
Bake at 250° F for about 30 minutes or until golden.
Step 4
Microwave morsels in small, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 30 to 40 seconds; stir until smooth. If necessary, microwave at additional 10-second intervals. Drizzle melted chocolate over popcorn.
