Microwave Instructions
Step 1
MELTING DIRECTIONS: In a microwave-safe bowl, add 1 TBSP of vegetable shortening.
Step 2
Add 1 cup of morsels on top of shortening.
Step 3
Microwave uncovered for 45 seconds; STIR.
Step 4
If needed, heat at additional 15 second intervals, stirring vigorously after each interval until melted.
Tips
Heat and humidity can cause a whitish appearance on morsels that disappears when melted.
This is a natural reaction called bloom, and flavor & quality aren’t affected.
Store Morsels in a cool, dry place (60-70°F).
