- ●2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- ●1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- ●1/4 teaspoon salt
- ●3/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- ●1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- ●1 large egg
- ●1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ●1/2 cup rolled oats
- ●1/4 cup chopped pecans
- ●1 package (8 ounces) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Chocolate Lava Cake Truffles
Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F. Set aside 2 baking sheets.
Step 2
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Step 3
Combine butter and brown sugar in a large mixer bowl. Add egg and extract; mix until thoroughly combined. Add flour mixture and combine. Stir in oats, pecans and truffles.
Step 4
Place rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake cookies for 10 to 11 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on wire racks for 2 minutes. Remove cookies and cool completely on wire racks.
