- ●12 ounces cauliflower florets
- ●3 ounces NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
- ●2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ●1/4 teaspoon salt
- ●1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- ●1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- ●1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ●2 sliced bacon, cooked and chopped
- ●2 teaspoons chopped chives
MAKE IT
Step 1
Steam cauliflower in steamer pot or microwave. Remove from heat and place cauliflower in a food processor.
Step 2
Blend cauliflower with evaporated milk and butter until desired level of smoothness while it is still hot.
Step 3
Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder and mix until combined.
Step 4
Divide cauliflower between 3 serving dishes.
Step 5
Top each dish with one third of the cheese, bacon, and chives. Serve while still warm.
