Linguine in Creamy Marinara Sauce
Makes 5 servings, about 1 cup per serving
NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Fat Free Evaporated Milk 12 oz
NET 12 fl oz (354 mL)
- 1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated linguine
- 1 container (15 ounces) refrigerated marinara sauce
- 2/3 cup (5 fluid-ounce can) Nestlé® Carnation® Evaporated Fat Free Milk
- Freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- Ground black pepper
- Fresh basil for garnish
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water.
Heat sauce and evaporated milk together.
Toss with pasta and reserved cooking water.
Divide between bowls. Top with cheese. Season with pepper. Garnish with basil.
