  • 1 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
  • 3 lemons, zested
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
MAKE IT
Step 1
Combine evaporated milk, lemon zest, olive oil, cheese, salt and pepper in a medium bowl set aside.
Step 2
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
Step 3
Drain pasta, reserving 2 tablespoons of the cooking water.
Step 4
Return pasta and reserved water to the pot.
Step 5
Turn heat to low, and pour milk mixture over pasta.
Step 6
Stir and cook 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 7
Toss parsley onto pasta and serve.
