White Bark with Orange-Caramel Swirl
- ●2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- ●1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated orange peel
- ●20 soft caramel candies, unwrapped
- ●2 cups (12-ounce package) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels
Line baking sheet with wax or parchment paper. Combine cream and orange peel in small, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH power for 30 seconds.
Microwave caramels and orange-cream mixture in medium, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH power for 1 minute; STIR. If needed, microwave at additional 15-second intervals, stirring just until smooth. Set aside.
Microwave morsels in medium, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH power for 45 seconds; STIR. If needed, microwave at additional 15-second intervals, stirring vigorously after each interval until morsels are melted.
Spread melted morsels into a rectangle roughly 11 x 8 inches on prepared baking sheet. Drop spoonfuls of caramel over the melted morsels, then gently swirl the caramel into the melted morsels using the tip of the spoon.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until set. Peel off bark and break into pieces. Store refrigerated in airtight container in single layers.
