Make It
Step 1
Prepare 6 cookies according to package directions; cool completely. Crumble the cookies into small pieces. Line baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.
Step 2
Microwave morsels in medium, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH power for 45 seconds; STIR. If needed, microwave at additional 15-second intervals, stirring vigorously after each interval until morsels are melted.
Step 3
Stir half of the crumbled cookies into the chocolate. Spread melted chocolate mixture into rectangle roughly 12 x 8 inches on prepared baking sheet. Immediately sprinkle remaining crumbled cookies and sea salt over chocolate.
Step 4
Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until set. Peel the bark off and break into pieces. Store refrigerated in airtight container.
