MAKE IT
Step 1
In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the prosciutto and cook until light brown and crisp. Remove from skillet and let drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
Step 2
Add butter and garlic to skillet and cook until fragrant. Turn heat to low and stir in water, evaporated milk, salt and pepper. Stir constantly and bring to a scald.
Step 3
Remove skillet from heat and stir in the cheese.
Step 4
Add cooked pasta and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with crunchy prosciutto prior to serving.
