Step 1
Melt marshmallows and butter in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Add popcorn and cereal; stir to coat. Cool slightly.
Step 3
Line 9-inch-square baking pan with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Press mixture into pan.
Step 4
Melt morsels according to package directions. Using fork, drizzle over popcorn bars.
