Cooking Instructions
Conventional Oven Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Break dough along pre-scored lines. Place 10 cookies 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet(s). For a rounder cookie, slightly round dough corners before placing on baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake 11-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Bake one baking sheet at a time on center rack in oven. Begin with the lowest time recommended and add time as needed. (High Altitude: Bake at 350°F for 12-13 minutes)
Step 4
After baking, cool cookies 2 minutes on baking sheet, then remove to cool completely.
Step 5
* FROZEN DOUGH can be baked in preheated oven. Add 1-2 minutes of bake time.
Step 6
After baking, cool cookies 2 minutes on baking sheet, remove to cool completely.
Tips
Bake one baking sheet a time on center rack in oven.
Ovens vary; baking time may need to be adjusted.
