- ●3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ●6 cups (one 10-ounce package) mini marshmallows
- ●2 tablespoons Libby’s® 100% Pure Pumpkin
- ●1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- ●6 cups crisp rice cereal
MAKE IT
Step 1
Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows; cook, stirring frequently, until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Stir in pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Add cereal; stir gently until combined. Pour into 13 x 9-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray; spread mixture to corners and edges.
