  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Libby’s® 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pecans (optional)
MAKE IT
Step 1
Place milk, oats, pumpkin, syrup, chia seeds and pumpkin pie spice in 16-ounce Mason jar or bowl; stir well.
