INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup whey protein powder
- 1/3 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 teaspoon erythritol
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 cup ice cubes
MAKE IT
Step 1
Place all ingredients into the bottom of a blender.
Step 2
Place the lid on top and blend mixture together until smooth and ice is not chunky anymore.
Step 3
Pour into a glass for serving.
