- ●1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- ●1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- ●1/3 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ●1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- ●1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- ●1/2 teaspoon salt
- ●1/2 cup vegetable oil
- ●2 large eggs
- ●1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- ●1 cup LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
- ●1/3 cup water
MAKE IT
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 10-inch loaf pan with baking spray. Set aside.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, stir together flour, spices, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, combine vegetable oil, eggs and sugar. Stir in pumpkin. Then add flour mixture alternating with the water in two installments.
Step 3
Pour bread mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until bread is firm and cooked through.
Step 4
Let bread cool completely on a cooling rack before removing from pan. Slice to serve.
