- ●1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ●1 can (12 fluid ounces) Nestlé® Carnation® Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk
- ●1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ●½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ●1 large head cauliflower, chopped into bite-size pieces
- ●Olive oil cooking spray
- ●2 tablespoons butter
- ●½ cup buffalo sauce
- ●2 teaspoons honey
MAKE IT
Step 1
Combine flour, evaporated milk, garlic powder and pepper in a large bowl; whisk until batter is smooth. Add cauliflower pieces to batter; toss with a fork until coated.
Step 2
Spray large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange cauliflower onto baking sheet in a single layer, shaking off excess batter.
Step 3
Bake at 450° F for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Step 4
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in buffalo sauce and honey.
Step 5
Brush buffalo sauce mixture over cauliflower, coating until all the mixture is used. Serve with dressing, celery and carrot sticks.
