Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
Makes 8 servings, about 1/2 cup per serving
NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk 12 oz
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 can (12 fluid ounces) Nestlé® Carnation® Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 large head cauliflower, chopped into bite-size pieces
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 2 teaspoons honey
Combine flour, evaporated milk, garlic powder and pepper in a large bowl; whisk until batter is smooth. Add cauliflower pieces to batter; toss with a fork until coated.
Spray large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange cauliflower onto baking sheet in a single layer, shaking off excess batter.
Bake at 450° F for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in buffalo sauce and honey.
Brush buffalo sauce mixture over cauliflower, coating until all the mixture is used. Serve with dressing, celery and carrot sticks.
