- ●3 tablespoons maple syrup
- ●1 teaspoon melted coconut oil
- ●1/2 to 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- ●2 cups old-fashioned oats
- ●1/2 cup chopped almonds
- ●Dash salt
MAKE IT
Step 1
Combine pumpkin, syrup, oil and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Stir in oats, nuts and salt. Spread out in baking pan.
Step 2
Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes, breaking up halfway through.
