Butterscotch Brickle

An easy treat my Mom used to make, and now my children enjoy it too! When schoolmates see it in a lunch box or at a school party they are always excited to be offered some, or ask for more!

Ingredients

    1 package Butterscotch chips
    1 C Creamy Peanut Butter
    6 C Corn Flakes ( or bran flakes)

Instructions

Melt Butterscotch chips and Peanut Butter in microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds, then stir, repeat until smooth.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients until nicely coated.
Spread onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment/wax paper.
Chill until set then break apart and enjoy!
