Ham Loaf

This recipe is a great way to use leftover ham and is as easy to make as meatloaf.

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 onion (peeled and diced)
    4 eggs
    20-25 saltine crackers(crushed)
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup brown sugar






Instructions

Mix together all ingredients except ketchup and brown sugar. Place ground beef mixture into a loaf pan or a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread evenly into pan.Mix together ketchup and brown sugar. Spread over top of ham loaf. Bake for 1 hour at 350.
